Welcome

Welcome

Meaningful change begins with understanding.

Life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect.

There are times when we feel overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by grief, navigating the effects of trauma, or adjusting to changes we never anticipated. At other times, our relationships may feel strained, communication becomes more difficult, or we simply notice that we no longer feel as connected—to ourselves or to the people we love.

Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Therapy offers a place to pause, reflect, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. It provides the opportunity to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move through life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and intention.

Whether you’re seeking support as an individual or as a couple, my goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and respectful space where you feel safe to explore what matters most to you. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, deepen your understanding of the challenges you’re facing, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.

Individual Therapy

People seek psychotherapy for variety of reasons; some enter therapy to better understand and work through a specific issue or life circumstance, while others look to therapy as a way to explore a more generalized sense of unhappiness or dissatisfaction. It is not unusual to have a sense that something is missing or not quite right in our lives, but sometimes it can be a struggle to pin-point what it is that is causing the distress (let alone figure out how to make it better!).

Couple Therapy

All relationships face challenges and difficulties, though it is not always clear to us as to how we are supposed to navigate through them. Given that conflict is bound to happen, developing the skills and ability to negotiate difference is critical for a healthy relationship. My role as a couples therapist is to support both partners in feeling heard, understood, trusted, and respected in their relationship. Indeed, there is no one model for a “perfect” relationship style, however I can help you and your partner(s) discover what works best for your own relationship.
