People come to therapy at many different points in their lives.

Some are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or the lasting effects of trauma. Others are facing relationship challenges, major life transitions, or simply carrying a sense that life no longer feels the way it once did. Whatever brings someone to therapy, I believe they deserve a space where they feel heard, respected, and understood.

My approach begins with curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll take the time to explore your experiences, your relationships, and the patterns that may be shaping the challenges you’re facing today. Rather than searching for quick solutions, we’ll work toward a deeper understanding of what has brought you here, what you hope will be different moving forward, and increased self-awareness.

I believe that meaningful change begins with understanding. As we make sense of your experiences together, new possibilities for healing, connection, and growth often begin to emerge.

Whether I’m working with an individual or a couple, my goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and compassionate therapeutic relationship where you feel supported in exploring life’s challenges at a pace that feels right for you.
